Staff was helpful and courteous, assisted with everything. Found a shower and bath sheets in the bathroom. We could enjoy views of the Rhodopi mountain.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Plovdiv and had a fantastic experience. My purpose of travel was to explore the city and its attractions, and I stayed at the Capital City Center Apart Residence for 5 days. The location of the hotel was great, as it was centrally located and within walking distance to the main sights. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Boryana Petkova, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, with modern amenities. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the room was impressive. Additionally, the hotel offered free secure parking and access to a fitness center with a spa. The breakfast, although not exceptional, was sufficient. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
